BOB Age Criteria

Educational Qualifications

The educational requirements vary depending on the category of applicants so we have explained them step by step below:

1. Young Candidates:
   • Minimum: Graduation degree with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.)
   • Preferred: M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA
2. Retired Bank Employees:
   • Retired clerks and equivalent from Bank of Baroda
   • Must have passed JAIIB (Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers)
   • Good track record required

Selection Process

This is an offline form process in which the form will be taken from you and then your scrutiny will be done. After scrutiny, some of the candidates will be shortlisted from all the candidates and then your interview will be conducted. After giving the interview, if you are selected, then you will receive the joining letter via email.
